Mobile physiotherapy tailored to your needs, right at your doorstep.
Booking deposit
To secure your appointment, a 20% deposit of the consultation fee is required at the time of booking.
Deposits are credited toward your consultation fee on attendance.
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new time.
How our process works
Initial enquiry and sign-up form completed via email or website.
Relevant information gathered online or in person (self-referral, GP or specialist referral, Medicare plan or other documents).
Initial assessment and treatment (minimum 40 minutes).
Your goals are discussed and documented, and a treatment plan is provided within 24 hours.
Follow-up sessions (minimum 40 minutes) as clinically required.
A written summary can be sent to you and/or your referring GP or specialist on request or within the agreed timeframe.
Refunds and Cancellations
These terms apply to all privately funded and insured mobile physiotherapy services provided by Always Ready Physiotherapy in Australia. They are designed to be fair, transparent and consistent with Australian physiotherapy practice standards


Refunds
Refunds are not provided for services that have already been delivered.
If you believe there has been an error with billing or service delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review and address your concerns in line with Australian physiotherapy standards and the Code of Conduct.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment: your deposit can be refunded or transferred to a future booking.
Cancellations within 24 hours, or non-attendance without notice, may result in your deposit being retained and/or a cancellation fee being charged (up to the full consultation fee), except in cases of genuine emergency or sudden illness.
Mobile Service Area & Travel Fees
Always Ready Physiotherapy is a mobile service based in Robina, providing home and community visits to surrounding suburbs.
Standard travel fees
A travel fee applies to mobile visits and is calculated from our home office in Robina to your location and return.
Travel is charged at $0.4 per k in addition to the consultation fee (for example, 10 km each way = 20 km total, travel cost will equate to 8 dollars).
For longer distances or complex travel (e.g. tolls, parking), fees will be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
You will be advised of your estimated travel fee at the time of booking.

Low-Income, Age Pension & DVA – Gap-Free Medicare Referrals
We recognise that cost can be a barrier to accessing care. Always Ready Physiotherapy is committed to making care accessible for everyone in our community. Always Ready Physiotherapy offers the following for home visits within 30 km of Robina:
Gap-free physiotherapy for patients with a valid Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) referral from their GP, who are:
Low-income, or
Receiving an Australian Age Pension, or
Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) card holders (where eligible under DVA funding).
This applies to mobile visits within a 40 km radius of Robina (measured from our home office); standard travel fees may apply beyond this distance and will be discussed prior to booking.
